About  Me!

Hello there, and welcome! My name is Bridgett Hernandez, I am a mother and a wife living in Miami, Fl. If you are here, you are likely a mother ( or on your way to be) so congrats! Whether you are seasoned, or brand new, this journey is something quite amazing and we all deserve an applause!  We also all deserve support and it’s something many women do not know is out there. So, I'd be honored to support you on your journey through motherhood.  From an early age, the only thing I knew I wanted to be was a Mother. What I didn’t know then was that once becoming a mother, I’d have such a spiritual calling to assist other mothers in their journey as well. As a mother of four boys, I've experienced the spectrum of birthing experiences— from cesarean sections to VBACs, and even a profoundly empowering home water birth. These experiences have shaped my deep passion for advocating for women during birth and beyond, and have made me realize how important it is to have support and understanding of what exactly our bodies are capable of! 

My journey into doula services stems from a heartfelt commitment to empower women throughout their postpartum period. I understand firsthand the challenges and joys that come with breastfeeding, and I am dedicated to providing compassionate guidance and support to help mothers navigate this important aspect of early motherhood.

Beyond breastfeeding, I am also deeply invested in assisting women through the difficult moments of postpartum depression. Dealing with postpartum depression myself, has inspired me to provide not just practical support, but also emotional encouragement and understanding during these challenging times.

My approach as a postpartum doula is rooted in empathy, knowledge, and a genuine desire to make your transition into motherhood as smooth and empowering as possible. Whether you're seeking breastfeeding support, emotional reassurance, or practical assistance in navigating postpartum depression, I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
